You will have to sign the lease contract agreement with me here, I will only need your details for the contract to be prepared, the contract will be prepared and send to you, you will have to print out the contract and sign and then scan it back to me here immediately so that I can also sign the contract, You will have to make the payment to me here immediately via bank transfer for security purpose, cuz western union and money gram is basically used for fraud and i don't trust their service, so that I can also get the flat keys posted to your current address now through DHL courier service and it will arrive to your current address exactly 24hrs after posted here .I will attached a scanned copy of my passport identity along with the lease agreement contract as safety and i will also like to see yours too, as safety and for security purpose at both sides. Here are the details needed for the contract to be prepared.
