Let me explain how the process works.
First I will need your details:
- Complete name;
- current address;
- Phone number;
- Date on which you would like to move in the apartment;
- Rental period you want to stay;
- ID copy;

After you have provided me these details, I will inform the agency. You do not pay any additional commissions or other taxes, I will take care of everything. You only pay the rent for the first month + security deposit. Vrbo will send you the confirmation of reservation and the lease contract so you can check it beforehand. Once you have received the details, you must deposit the amount into their bank account to prove that you own the funds to rent my apartment because that's the policy. After the agency has received the payment confirmation, they will send the designated agent with the keys and the documents. You and the agent will arrange the visit based on your schedule. The amount will be secured and released into my account only after you sign the contract. If you refuse the apartment for any reason, you will be fully refunded immediately.
