보험 케어컨셉 온라인 가입 후 certificate이 아닌 online consultation (Beratungsprotokoll)…

처음 글을 올리네요, 내년 1년 Uni Potsdam에 방문학자(visiting scholar)로 가는데, 비자신청을 위해 보험가입을 하려고 하는데, 온라인 어플리케이션 폼을 작성하고 나니 다음과 같이 이메일이 왔네요.

즉 온라인 어플리케이션을 끝내기 전에 보낸 것이라 하는데, 여기 나와있는대로 call protocol (전화상담?)을 해야 한다는 뜻인지 뭔지.. 대체 알수가 없어서... 바쁘시겠지만 고수님들의 도움을 감히 요청합니다.
