기간을 선택하고 예약을 했습니다.
사실 호텔도아니고 방을 알아보는게 당연히 쉬운일도아니고
만약에된다면 가서 보고 이러저러한 절차가 당연히 있을 거라고 생각했습니다.
그러는 와중에 메일이 몇통 왓었는데

My name is Çağan, I am the booking agent that will assist you with your booking process. Currently the landlord from your request hasn't responded. As soon as I get any updates, I will make sure to notify you as soon as possible.

Please remember the landlord needs some documents before accepting your booking request, please send them to us as soon as possible:

If you are a student:
- ID photocopies
- Acceptance letter from University
- The guarantor's ID photocopy
- The guarantor's last three payslips
- The guarantor's last notice of assessment (Document from the tax office that states annual income)

If you are a professional(s):
- Your IDs
- Your last three payslips
- Your working contract
- Your last notice of assessment

Please give the documents titles, this way the landlord will know which document is what when we send it to them.

In the meanwhile please find below a quick explanation of how we work:

If the landlord accepts your request we will send you the confirmation straight away. If the landlord rejects your request, a Booking Agent will send you other options that could suit your expectations. Please note that you don't have to do a new request as we will offer you a personalized service and will manage your booking process in order to offer you our best assistance.

그리고 온내용은
제가 서류를 제출하지 않았음에도
집주인이 입주(?)를 허가 했다고 24시간내에 나머지 금액을 결제하라는 메일이었던것같습니다
하지만 그것 조차 확인하지 않은 저는 시간이만료되었고
200유로가 통장에서 지출 되는 상황을 맞았습니다.
이모든게 진행되는지도 몰랐고 그저 통장에서 돈이나갔길래 확인해보니 수수료를 물어야한다고 메일이 와있었습니다

어디서부터 뭘해야하는지 아무것도 모르겠습니다...
도와주세여 이런상황에선 어떻게해야하나요?
