The security deposit is €1400, and you get it back when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days' notice).

So, I am Sabrina Oliveira I am 51 Years old and I work in the GEF industry in the quality management department of a company located Dublin. As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. You will have access to a very large and well-ventilated cellar, where you can store things if you need to.
I would like to know something about you, for example, your occupation, financial situation, monthly income for people who will live in the apartment, how many people will have to live at home and for how long do you plan to stay?

에어비앤비 통해서 계약하는거면 안한다고 못을 박아뒀습니다. 에어비앤비 사기면 답장 안오겠지 하고요

A pleasure to greet you and thanks for telling me more about you. It is important to know more about my future tenants and I think we can reach an agreement.
The apartment is available for long-term rental and is exactly as you can see in the pictures. As I said in my previous email, I live in Ireland and will have to come and show you the apartment and give you the keys. The apartment is available after 25th August.

I have been in contact with other persons who are also interested in renting and coming into the city for the same calendar year and ready to make immediate reservations.
So therefore, in order to proceed with the rental process, my lawyer will have to draw up an agreement, which will be signed by the landlord and the tenant and the main reason for this document to be prepared is for both parties to be legally secured. The document will be emailed to you so that you can read and understand its contents.

If you eventually agree with the terms of the contract, you will have to proceed with the payment to our bank account and get back to me with the receipt of payment from your bank for reference purpose. Once I confirm your payment, I will immediately issue you payment receipt for the house, along with payment confirmation which shows we are both in contract, which no one else can book over your date.

Also, it will be stated in the agreement that if by any reason you will refuse to rent the apartment, then the contract will be canceled and you get full refund.

이게 두 번째 답장입니다.
일단 답장에 계약서를 받고 바로 카우치온을 보내야 하는거냐, 내가 독일에서 월세 계약을 했을 때 집키 받고 나서 카우치온이랑 월세 지불했었다. 그리고 이 방법이 아주 노말하고 안전한 걸 안다. 이 부분만 확인을 시켜주면 계약하겠다. 라고 답장을 보낸 상태입니다. 사기꾼이면 답장을 안보내거나 아니면 카우치온을 보내야한다고 답장이 오겠죠,,?
근데 만약에 집 키 받을 때 카우치온 내는게 맞다고 답장이 온다면, 그러면 계약을 진행해도 되는걸가요?
